Terms of purchase

1. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Euro. By placing an order, you agree to our terms of purchase and that your contact details are registered in our customer register. We regularly update our webshop to provide the most accurate information possible. However, we reserve the right to any price adjustments and errors.

2. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in undamaged and clean condition, and the shipping cost of the return is paid by you. Contact us before returning the item and attach a copy of the receipt to facilitate handling. We will refund the amount of the item within 30 days of receiving the return.

3. Deliveries

We strive to deliver products within 2-3 days within Sweden. We reserve the right to any shipping delays beyond our control. We ship orders with Postnord, DHL or Schenker. Check that your contact details are correct for a smooth delivery.

4. Returns

You can exchange the size or color within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping and the responsibility for the goods during the return transport. Contact us if you wish to return an item.

5. Complaint

In the event of transport damage, this must be noted on the waybill and reported within 48 hours in order to make a claim. Contact us if there are any problems with the product.

6. Payment Options

We offer payment options such as Privatfaktura, Swish or Klarna. Follow the instructions when choosing a payment method.
